Opoczno brand once again participated in "Mosbuild" fairs on 31 March - 4April. The whole group Cersanit used 260m2 of exhibition space including 120m2 of Opoczno`s space. 23 latest collections were shown. The biggest interest was definitely in rectified tiles like Jazz, Snake, Linero, Valentina.

The titles of "Pearl of ceramic UE 2008" recieved Collection Jazz and Gres Snake. The Pearl of Ceramic of Distributors has been choosen by the jury composed of representatives of the leading companies on the polish market since 2006. The award for brand Opoczno from the hands of vice minister of Infrastructure Piotr Styczeń was taken by Bogdan Ptaszek.

The Opoczno Metalic brand was commended in the “Łazienka – Choice of the Year 2009” competition, in the “Ceramic tiles” category. GRES METALIC: Very rich collection in respect of colours and decorations. Interesting and original structure of surface of linear drawing, unique glass borders in stripes. Collection perfectly fits into current design trends (metallic tiles or imitating metal) allows to create interesting and modern interiors.

The independent ASM Market Research and Analysis Centre Ltd. conducted a survey among contractors who use construction materials on a daily basis. The vast majority of respondents voted for the Opoczno brand in the three following categories: a) the highest quality brand in a given category; b) the brand of the best price/quality ratio in a given category; c) the brand used most frequently by a given contractor. The prizes and commendations were awarded during the Poznań BUDMA fairs.

This time we presented two collections of Gres Snake rectified tiles collections – rectified graphite 29 cm x 59.3 cm, brown Valentina 29 cm x 59.3 cm and Organza 50 x 20 cm collection.
